Thermo Technologies is pleased to announce its new “better than milk” gel replacement program that will provide another industry leading service to our valued customers. This program will allow you to return your expired Thermo-Gel® for replacement at a nominal cost. The expiration of your gel is three years from the date of purchase.
There are three parts to the new program and are explained below:
1) The expired gel will be replaced, at a one to one ratio in the same type of container, with new gel at a cost of only 50% of the current retail price.
2) Contact your local distributor to arrange for shipment of the expired gel. The distributor will provide the shipping address and information regarding the return of the product. The cost of shipping and return of the product is the responsibility of the customer.
3) The new gel will be shipped to your desired shipping location.
This program will provide an economical way of assuring your inventory never expires. Please contact your local distributor if you have any additional questions.
